The flagship KL East mall launch was a significant milestone for Sime Darby Property, and the tenant-unveiling event was crucial to showcase the mall’s offerings to potential tenants, stakeholders, and investors. With an attendance of 500 guests, the event had to be executed flawlessly to create a lasting impression.
Our team at C&C Creative Consultancy was engaged by Sime Darby Property to manage the event from concept to execution. We developed the concept and design of the event space, drawing inspiration from the mall’s brand and values.
Along with fabricating the custom structures, we supplied audio, visual and lighting systems, designed the custom gifts, hired performers and band entertainment, provided overall manpower for the event, and handled guest registration.
To show our appreciation for the guests’ attendance, we designed a custom engraved water tumbler as a gift that reflected the mall’s brand and values. The gifts made a perfect keepsake for the guests.
